Mariana Somma is designer, educator, and consultant in Design Thinking and Innovation, Creativity, and Human-Centered Design. She is a Senior Partner at Employera, a talent innovation firm focused on designing candidate and employee experiences, and employer branding. Somma has led human-centered design research internationally for organizations like PSI.org and IDEO.org.
Formerly a designer with architectural firm SOM, and a Nike Design Fellow, she holds an M.B.A. from the Claremont Graduate School of Business, an M.S. in Industrial Design, ArtCenter College of Design, and a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
