Bouncing Back: Is Economic Recovery on the Way?

In a recession this deep, recovery won't start until consumers spend money. But with home values down, unemployment up, saving for retirement, and other financial strains, consumers will be shoveling out of debt for years. What will fuel the recovery, and when will a new economy begin?
